Lenard Ervin Garrison 87, of Monticello Arkansas, passed away at Greystone Nursing and Rehab in Cabot on December 25th, 2020. Lenard was born on March 10th, 1933 in Drew County to the late Calvin E. Garrison and Ellen M. Hood-Garrison. Lenard worked for many years at Burlington Rug Mill. He was a carpenter by trade and established his own business, Garrisons Residential Remodeling. Lenard married Bobbie Sue Catt in March of 1975. Together they shared years of love and memories. Their most favorites being many adventures on motorcycle trips and camping all around the country. Lenard was Pentecostal by faith.

He was preceded in death by both his parents, his sisters, Louise Simmons and Helen White; and a brother, Mack "Buddy" Garrison.

Survivors include his wife Bobbie Garrison, daughter Janice Nixon of Woodlawn and sons; Doyle Garrison and wife Barbara of Alabama, Steve Burton and wife Kelly Burton of Monticello, Mark Burton and wife Lorna Burton of Searcy, and Tony Burton and wife Tina Burton of Monticello, along with 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

    I am so sorry for you loss. Kenny Adams just loved both Lenard and Bobbie Sue, as family and as friends. He enjoyed them so much.
    I remember on one of their trips across the country, Lenard would send Kenny a post or email nearly every evening telling Kenny where they were. My son, Joshua, was probably in high school at the time, and he had such a blast keeping up with Lenard's adventure.
    Kenny's middle name was Ervin, after Lenard.
