I'm thinking of you all, my friends, during this difficult time. Mr. Russell was a wonderful man, and was always so sweet to me. I was the recipient of a few packages of Lemon Jumbles too! I remember that he and my mom would talk at the Farmer's market about the pumpkins and tomatoes that they grew. You'll miss him, but he will be in your heart forever.
    Love,
    Gina

Kids, it was a blessing to know the Chief for the past sixty years. He was a true gentelman, he and Fran raised fine family, all of whom we are proud to call cuz.
Russell is fondly remembered as the "Cookie Man" by our kids. On trips back to Texas from Arkansas we always had several cases of Jackson Cookies, mostly Lemon Jumbo and Vanilla Waffers. We even bought a freezer for them because they were not available in our part of Texas. We can't refer to him as a loss, one is not lost if you know where they are.

Remembering the days our families spent together worshiping at Pauline. Remembering you now in my prayers.

I am so sorry for you loss. Uncle Russell was a great guy. I remember the great family reunions in the yard at his and Aunt Fran's house in Monticello. It was always a lot of fun. He always spoiled all the kids with each having there own bag of Jackson cookies (lol). He was always just a good, kind, caring man that deaply loved his family and all around him. He has left you with many great memories.
    Love,
    Nancy

So sorry to hear of your loss. I will never forget Mr. Robinson or Ms. Frances when I was growing up in Pauline. They both were so kind. I remember Mr. Robinson would always have the "big round lemon cookies at VBS". Funny how some of the smallest things mean so much when growing up. They were both so special.
Take comfort in knowing your Mom and Dad are together again. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
