She was the widow of Robert Poe, Sr., member of Calvary Baptist Church, a housewife and wonderful mother of three boys. Mrs. Marguerite's hobbies included having a beautiful yard as she loved gardening and raking leaves. She also had a passion for raising her three boys. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Robert Poe, Jr.; three brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Poe and wife Celina and Toby Poe all of Dermott; five grandchildren, Dustin, Adam, Cody, Kyle and Lacy; and two great grandchildren, Spencer and Eli.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 10, 2021, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Monticello. There will be a family visitation one hour preceding the service Monday at the funeral home. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
