She was the widow of Billy Fike Forrester, a former employee of Wal Mart and the University of Arkansas at Monticello and was a member of Northside Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her twin sister, Mary Lynn Pickens Neely and husband Marshall. Martha loved her church and its activities, traveling to Branson, Memphis and going on cruises; but her greatest passion was caring for her beloved daughter Karen. The Warren High School Class of 1970 loved Martha as a friend and classmate and she will be missed by each of them.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Denise Forrester of Monticello; her best friend, Linda Naron of Monticello; along with several cousins.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with Rev. Sanders Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Moseley Cemetery in Bradley County, AR. There will be a visitation from 1:00-2:00 p.m. preceding the funeral service at the funeral home. You can sign Martha's guestbook page at www.stephensondearman.com.
