Dennis was retired, a 4th degree member of The Knights of Columbus, an avid reader and loved gardening and just being outdoors.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Kim Phillips Osgood of Monticello; children, Elija, Caitlyn and Grace Osgood all of Mississippi; siblings, Michael Osgood of Ward, AR, Edward Osgood of Cornish, NH, Sheila Lavertue of Columbia, SC and David Osgood of Claremont, NH; grandchildren, Thad, Jacy and Silas all of Monticello; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at St. Mark Catholic Church in Monticello. There will be a visitation from 1:00-2:00 p.m. preceding the funeral service at the church. Burial will be in Centerpoint Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
