Bessie Marie Miller of Longview, Arkansas went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 14, 2011. She was born on April 30, 1929 in Gould, Arkansas to the late Walter & Hattie Fletcher. Bessie was the youngest of nine children all preceding her in death. Bessie Marie was join in marriage to Zebedee Miller who preceded her in death and to that union was born Bobby Joe Miller, whom also preceded her in death. Bessie was truly a people person, she loved to talk about the things that she experience in life and seem to draw others to her. Along with the love of people she always kept in touch with those that she met and if she said that she was going to write you, she never went back on her word. She wrote and receives letters from people all over the country that she met and stayed in contact with. Bessie Marie moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in May of 2009, she resided there until the time of her death.
Bessie Marie Miller is survived by her Grand Son Robert Miller Jr. of Milwaukee WI; Nephews Thomas D.Calbert Sr. & wife Valerie of Las Vegas, NV; Roger Lee Burns and wife Jadon of Henderson NV, Don Franklin of Longview AK, Danny Franklin, of Longview AK; Jody Fletcher of Las Vegas, NV and niece Sue Fletcher of Las Vegas NV and a host of Grand & Great Grand nieces and Nephews.
