Nellie Mae Tribble Watts, 85, of White Hall, formerly of Monticello, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2011 at White Hall Nursing Home in White Hall. She was born September 25, 1926 in Monticello.

She was the widow of Robert E. Watts. Jr., retired from Burlington Industries, a breast cancer survivor and a Protestant. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Tribble and Effie Alberta McHan Tribble and was preceded in death by one brother, Travis Tribble, one sister, Kathleen Cox and one grandson, Nathan Lee McClain.

Survivors include three daughters, Shirley Ann McClain of White Hall, Martha Scruggs of England and Cheryl Jones of North Little Rock; one brother, Dewayne Tribble of El Dorado; two sisters, Pauline Daril of Pine Bluff and Mary Kaufman of Oregon; fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

    oh were do i began... i loved this lady she raised me up the best that she could.....cooking egg gravy for us grandkids and singing her songs....there one that juus sticks out ... it goes i will give to you a old milk cow for you to milk if you know how .. if you will marry me, me, if you will marry me ... if you know her and got to spend any tyme you know the song.... i love her i used to get her ready everyday when i was little ....... doing her hair and make up.......she accepted me my sister and my brother into her life and you couldnt tell her any differnt ....... but it your tyme to be with jesus love you ...................... your furneal so far sorry i couldnt be there to say goodbye ........................ c u n heaven
