Rusty Biggs, 55, of Rockwall, TX, formerly of Monticello, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2011 in Rockwall Nursing Center. He was born December 31, 1955 in Dumas, AR.

He was a truck driver and the son of the late Allen Biggs and Gaynell Clark Biggs.

Survivors include two brothers, Wilbur Biggs of Monticello and Allen Biggs of Rockwall, TX; several nieces, nephews and friends.
