She was the widow of John A. Shultz, a homemaker and care giver and a member of Florence Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Sandford Knight and Vida Marlow Knight and was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Survivors include one son, Walter Shultz and wife, Kay, of Little Rock; two daughters, Evon Jones and husband, Raymond and Jo Rita Green and fiance, Allen Stephens, all of Dermott; two sisters, Billie Hutcherson of California and Sandra Williams of Oak Grove, LA; five grandchildren, Chris Burgess and wife, Kim, of Selma, Shane Newton and wife, Rebecca, of Monticello, Amy Slaughter and husband, Brian, of Fountain Hill, Angela Pharr and husband, Curt, of Monticello and Michell Lloyd and husband, Brandon, of Lacey; ten great-grandchildren.
