She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Monticello. She was the daughter of the late Ben A. Carruth and Addie Pearl Haney Carruth and was preceded in death by four brothers, Benjamin, Carlton, Louis and John Carruth.
Survivors include her caregivers, Verna and Reg Conway of Waldron, AR and several cousins.

Woodlawn (formerly Green Hill), AR Friday, September 28, 2012 Having been reared "down the road" from Bell and having been around her much of my younger life, I can say that I never knew a kinder person. I can remember when she and her mother attended all the visitations and funerals to show their support for the grieving families.
