She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hollinger, retired from the Powers Dept. Store of Clarksdale, MS and was a member of Clarksdale Baptist Church. She loved flowers and gardening. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Ray Pitts and two sisters, Elizabeth O'Donnell and Thelma Conn.
Survivors include one daughter, Ava Marter of Centerpoint; three grandchildren, John Marter, Vickie Godwin and Annette Marter; four great-grandchildren, David Marter, Megan Hughes, Melissa Peterson and Dale Godwin; six great-great grandchildren, Trevor, Cooper and Mason Peterson, Madison and Joseph Hughes and J.D. Marter; two nephews, Bill and Dickie Conn of Summit, MO.
